The Metropolitan Spring Hill

I cannot fault this hotel. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. I have stayed a few times now, for medical reasons, and the staff I have had dealing with have been nothing short of amazing. I would like to give a big mention to the lovely lady that works on reception of a day time. She always makes me feel so welcome, without fail, every time. Also, a big thank you the the lovely man who went above and beyond during the night to find me an extra pillow. It's the little things that mean a lot and that we remember. Also a big thankyou to the other lovely lady who works in reception who kept my pillow until I returned again. I knew I was forgetting something! Thanks again!

The reception staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Michelle was particularly helpful with information on how to get around the area and to the city via public transport, also providing me a bus timetable and map which she marked out and explained. I appreciated having my bags stored before check in and after check out, this was a huge help.

-Place was fairly easy to get to -Place was a nice & easy distance away from where we were heading to & from each day. -Place was safe & secure with 24hr care & someone always minding the front desk. -Staff were very lovely & welcoming. -Room was clean & comfy. -There was also a few treats the staff had left inside a bag in the room (for free) for my friend & I to enjoy which was very kind & thoughtful of them. The treats were delicious & very much appreciated.

• The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in a hotel, bedding was clean and smelt fresh. Not a single wrinkle, hotel staff are magicians! • Room was spacious and the air conditioner was on when we entered the room at a perfect temperature. • Extra blankets and pillows provided. • Iron worked great, ironing board provided was in working order.

We arrived quite early and the receptionist was kind enough to let us store our luggage while waiting for check in. Overall, the location was dead at night. But it was just a few stops away from CBD so no issue. Also, it was convenient for us to utilise the free shuttle bus and the bus stop was located just opposite of the hotel.
